Hosted on a private mountain estate, their celebration embraced the warmth and richness of fall, with a palette of terracotta, rust, soft blush, and deep autumnal tones woven throughout every detail.
The ceremony took place beneath a custom-built birch chuppah, adorned with lush, asymmetrical florals by Zalea, blending garden roses, seasonal blooms, and organic textures that echoed the surrounding landscape. Guests dined under a glowing sailcloth tent, where candlelight, layered linens, and thoughtfully curated tablescapes created an intimate yet refined atmosphere.
Culinary experiences by Seasoned were a highlight of the evening, featuring a vibrant, interactive paella presentation alongside a menu rooted in fresh, from-scratch ingredients and bold, celebratory flavors. Every dish was designed to bring guests together—communal, elevated, and unforgettable.
Full-service planning, design, and execution were led by Sweetly Paired, seamlessly guiding the multi-day celebration from concept to completion. From logistics on a private property to the intricate coordination of cultural elements, every moment flowed effortlessly.
The celebration began the day prior with a joyful Haldi and Sangeet at the EagleVail Pavilion, where vibrant colors, music, and tradition set the tone for the weekend ahead—brought to life by the same incredible vendor team.
As the sun set, the reception transformed into an unforgettable party, with lighting and AV by AJC Productions (Tony Cummins) creating an electric atmosphere beneath the stars. Guests danced late into the night, surrounded by the glow of string lights and the energy of a truly intentional celebration.
