ASKED AND ANSWERED! FAQ FOR OUR EVENTS!
Q - Do you charge for delivery?
A - Yes! Our delivery charges vary depending on the event. Are we delivering one bridal bouquet to a hotel downtown for an elopement? Typically less than $20. a massive event to Crested Butte? Obviously more. We charge based on time, materials, and travel time (gas is still, unfortunately, not free!). Our delivery charges are always VERY clearly laid out on your invoice so you can see how we charge for wedding flower delivery in Denver or Vail!
Q - Can I customize my color palette if I want to buy one of your online packages?
A - CERTAINLY! We offer completely custom floral design for events and weddings.
Q - How do you take payments?
A - We accept card, check, cash, and our payment system is online, so we make it easy. Typically we do a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date, and then we take the balance 30 days out when final counts are due.
Q - Do you use fake flowers?
A - Sometimes! We always consult with our clients, and in some cases silks make more sense than fresh - for example - if it will save you a bunch of money and the silks are 10 feet above your head? Yeah, that makes sense! If you MUST have a peony in your bouquet, but you're getting married in the no-peonies-ever months of September and October? That's a perfect add-in place for a silk peony to accent the bouquet.
Q - How would you describe your style of design?
A - This is an important one to us. Our style is that we design events to be reflective of our clients. Whether it's a wedding or a corporate event, The guests should feel the guest experience that the event concept requires - if it's a wedding the guest should arrive and KNOW who's getting married by the experience they have.
Q - How do you do consultations?
A - Great question here. We prefer to do a zoom, as we do the designs on-screen as we go! At the end of the consultation it usually takes between 1 hour for a simple event to 24 hours for a very complex one. It means you get to see your vision come together real-time!
